Those Who Care (2021)
In 2018, I moved to New York for college and I’ve never moved back. I’ve spent a few weeks here or there visiting my family in Pennsylvania, but I’ve been living my life here for the majority of four years now. Still, I’ve found it incredibly difficult to feel like I belong. After I left my hometown, I never really felt like I could fully return without feeling as though I’d failed to grow. Now, in New York I’ve realized that I still haven’t found my way. I’ve left things behind but I’ve struggled to find new things to hold onto.
